04/04/2025 Two new mungbean varieties — Brolga and Kookaburra — were officially launched yesterday at Hermitage Research Station in Warwick. Brolga is built for versatility and well suited to a wide range of growing conditions. Kookaburra is best suited for NSW and southern Queensland regions. Both varieties will be available for the 2025/26 planting season. Exciting times ahead for mungbean growers!
